Individual Transfer Appointments
These visits introduce prospective transfer students to Elmhurst University. You'll meet with an admission counselor to discuss topics like major/program options, scholarships, and review the admission process; we offer Zoom, phone, and on-campus appointments. You can also register for a tour of our beautiful, certified arboretum campus!
Financial Aid Appointments
Financial aid appointments are designed to guide students and families through the financial aid process. We offer on-campus, Zoom, and phone call appointments. Explore our appointment types to choose the best option for your needs.
Transfer Fridays allow prospective transfer students the opportunity to talk with an admissions counselor, ask questions about the admission process, how their credits will transfer, their major, and tour our gorgeous arboretum campus.

Transfer Talk and Tour Week
Schedule an appointment to discuss your transfer credits, major, options for internships, scholarships, and financial aid. We’ll also complete a transfer credit evaluation that shows how your courses transfer. Don’t forget to sign up for a tour of our beautiful arboretum campus as well!
Tours are designed for prospective nursing students and are available on select days throughout the year. During the tour, hear from our Nursing Faculty, nursing students, and experience our SIM patients first hand.

International students can schedule an appointment that is convenient for their time zone by contacting Director of International Admission, Kara Johnson, at kara.johnson@elmhurst.edu or by filling out this form.
