Receipt of this form in no way indicates acceptance in the Elementary Teacher Education Program (grades 1-6). Students may not enroll in any ELM courses without first being admitted to the Elementary Teacher Education Program.
A part of the application to the Elementary Teacher Education Program requires a minimum overall GPA of 2.75. Please also see the Application for Admission to a Teacher Education Program on the University website for additional application information.
All courses on this form require grades of C-(1.70) or higher to fulfill licensure requirements. In addition, other courses require grades of C-(1.70) or higher to fulfill licensure, minor, endorsement or approval requirements.
ALL students must complete at least half of their ELM courses at Elmhurst University and must complete three full terms (fall/spring) at EU prior to student teaching.
