Receipt of this form in no way indicates acceptance in the Educating Young Children Program (birth-grade 2). Students may not enroll in any EYC courses without first being admitted to the Educating Young Children Program.
As part of the application to the Educating Young Children Program requires a minimum overall GPA of 2.75. Please also see the Application for Admission to a Teacher Education Program on the University website for additional application information.
All courses on this form require grades of C-(1.70) or higher to fulfill licensure requirements. In addition, other courses require grades of C- (1.70) or higher to fulfill licensure, minor, endorsement or approval requirements.
ALL students must complete at least half of their EYC courses at Elmhurst University and must complete three full terms (fall/spring) at EU prior to student teaching.
