    Individual Transfer Appointment - Zoom Online Video Appointments, Phone Call Appointments and On-Campus Appointments Available
    Individual Transfer visits are designed around the needs of prospective incoming transfer students. They are meant to be flexible and can be adjusted to fit your schedule. You'll meet with an admission counselor to discuss the admission and enrollment process and learn all about what Elmhurst has to offer. We can complete an unofficial transfer credit evaluation based off of unofficial transcripts from all schools previously attended. Let us know how we can customize your virtual visit to meet your needs and expectations!

    Campus Tour 
    Come explore our beautiful, certified arboretum campus with one of our Student Ambassadors! Tours run daily from 8:30AM - 3:00PM. 

    Bagels with Binder 
    Bagels with Binder is a first look into starting your Elmhurst Experience with recent alumnus and admission counselor, Chris Binder ’21. It will feature a student-led tour of our beautiful arboretum campus with information about campus life and what it looks like to be a Bluejay!     Virtual Open House-Saturday October 30
    Join Us at our Virtual Open House beginning with check-in at 8:30 AM. We’ll answer your questions about the admission process, residence life, scholarships and financial aid, and everything else there is to know about Elmhurst University. Then we’ll give you an Elmhurst University shirt so you can remember your visit!

    Elmhurst Nursing Simulation Lab Tours 
    Tours of the Elmhurst University Simulation Lab at the Elmhurst Hospital are designed for prospective nursing students and are available on select days throughout the year. The tour provides future nurses with an up-close look at our 4,600-square-foot laboratory and classroom space at Elmhurst Hospital. During the tour, you will hear from our Nursing Faculty, current nursing students and experience our interactive SIM patients first hand. Be sure to also schedule an Individual Appointment on campus with an admission counselor after you tour the Simulation Lab!

    Music Department Visit - Postponed Until Further Notice, Please Sign Up for an Individual Appointment
    Join us for a personalized music tour including our unique and historic Irion Hall and Buik Recital Hall. You will get to peak at our rehearsal and performances spaces as well as the recording studio. Take advantage of the opportunity to speak with a music faculty member about academic programs, scholarship opportunities, auditions, and ensemble groups! When you RSVP, the Music Department and the Office of Admission will work together to coordinate the customized visit you are looking for.  

    Transfer Fridays - Online Video, Phone Call, and On-Campus Appointments Available
    Transfer Fridays are individual visit days offered to students transferring from another college or university, on select Fridays throughout the term. During this comprehensive appointment, prospective transfer students have an opportunity to talk with an admissions counselor, ask questions about the admission process, how their credits will transfer, and their major. This is the perfect opportunity to talk with an admission counselor see if Elmhurst is the perfect fit!

    Virtual Health Professions Advising Session 
    The virtual Health Professions Advising session is for students who plan to pursue careers in medicine, veterinary medicine, occupational therapy, physical therapy, physician assistant studies, pharmacy, optometry, dentistry, diagnostic medical sonography, medical laboratory sciences, and more. Learn more about how we support Elmhurst students interested in these fields and our special affiliation programs and tracks.

    *Please note, we have separate information sessions available for students pursing a major in nursing. You should register for one of the other visit options that is nursing specific, such as our Elmhurst Nursing Simulation Lab Tour or Nursing Information Session. If neither of those options are available at this time, we encourage you to join us for an Open House or you may schedule an individual campus visit.

    Transfer Talk and Tour Week - Online Video, Phone Call, and On-Campus Appointments Available
    Each year, Elmhurst University welcomes 500+ transfer students into our friendly campus community. This means we know what you are looking for in your transfer school and can help make your transition seamless. We’ve set aside a special week just for you! During your appointment, we’ll talk about your credits, major, and options for internships, scholarship and financial aid. We’ll also complete a transfer credit evaluation that shows how your courses transfer.

    Virtual Communication Sciences and Disorders Social
    Virtually meet the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, learn about the Speech Clinic and mingle with faculty and current students.

    Virtual Education Information Session
    Come hear all about our Education Programs directly from the department chair.
