Lunch with LB: Shaping Organizations, A Global Perspective

Professor Lawrence Brown (LB) will talk with Dr. Eric Sanders, Associate Director of the MBA Program, about his work in international organization development. Last November and December, Eric presented in-person at conferences in France and Lebanon, and virtually in Hungary on topics including the Socio-Economic Approach to Management (SEAM), collaboration between academics and businesspeople, and management consulting post-pandemic. He co-editor of a book that was just published: Management Consulting in Central and Eastern Europe: Consultancy in a Global Context, in which he co-authored two chapters. Eric also consults on organizational culture change to leverage inclusion and improve performance.
